Founder Jeff Herbert brings over 20 years of business experience to the table, drawing on a background in hospitality to shape a company culture focused on reliability, responsiveness, and customer care. His vision for Handle Hub has always been about delivering a high standard of service without the complexity or formality often found in traditional logistics.
Supporting Jeff is his sister Renee and mum Bernadette, both of whom play essential roles behind the scenes, helping to keep daily operations organised and running smoothly. Long-time team member Sam adds valuable hands-on experience and consistency to the warehouse floor. Together, the team brings a balance of professionalism and personality ensuring that every order is handled with care, precision, and a smile.
